The 12th African Gymnastics Championships in Aerobic and Trampoline gymnastics took place in Walvis Bay, 27 April-02 May 2014. The Championships saw countries Algeria, Angola, Congo, Egypt, Namibia, South Africa and Tunisia participate. Africa Championship crowns went to South African gymnasts in 13 categories across juniors and seniors.
South Africa & Africa's top senior male Aerobic gymnast, Wilson Mafona, who came home with 4 gold medals at Africa Champs Namibia. The most by a South African gymnast at the Championships!
