Brazil ensures five more medals in artistic gymnastics at the Pan American Championships held in Mississauga. Brazil secured places for the Men and women’s Pan American Games in Toronto, next year.
In the men's Vault, the Brazil made one-two on the podium. Sergio Sasaki gold, and Caio Souza won the bronze.
On beam, Julie Kim Sinmon clinched the bronze.The gold medal went to Ana Gomez Porras, of Guatemala, and Venezuelan Jessica Lopez took Silver.
On horizontal bar, Sasaki was the runner-up, tied with Manrique Larduet.. The champion was Jossimar Calvo of Columbia.
On Sunday in the men's floor, Diego Hypolito, silver and Arthur Zanetti bronze. In the rings, Zanetti repeated his excellence with the gold as he won at the Olympics in London and at the last World Cup.
