Aliya Mustafina became part of the Russian national team at the World Cup Gymnastics in China

The winner of one gold, one silver and two bronze medals at the 2012 Olympic Games Russia's Aliya Mustafina became part of the Russian team at the World Championships in gymnastics, which starts in early October in the Chinese Nanjing. In May of 2014, in spite of the pain in the injured ankle, returned with one silver and two bronze medals.

At the August Russian Cup in Penza, which was a qualifying tournament for the World Cup, Mustafina was the first in the individual all-around, floor exercise and balance beam. Also, this athlete has taken the second place in the uneven bars, second only to the Victoria Komova.
