Canadian gymnasts won the gold medal in
the team competition on Saturday at the Junior International Cup, finishing
well ahead of runner-up Russia and third-ranked Italy at the 2015 Gymnix
International meet.
Led by Canadian junior
champion Rose-Kaying Woo of La Prairie, Que., the Canadian team scored a total
of 166.750 points, while the Russian squad earned the silver medal with 162.800
points and Italy took the bronze with 159.35.
