New giant underground trampolines.( Wales )

Giant trampolines inside a mammoth slate quarry cavern are the latest tourist attraction tipped to bring thousands of thrill seeking tourists to the region.

Bounce Below will open next month at Llechwedd in Blaenau Ffestiniog – the world’s first facility of this kind. The caverns, twice the size of St Paul’s Cathedral, will be lit up in a light show while visitors bounce on giant trampolines linked by a 60ft long slide. People will be delivered to the deep attraction by train.

The launch, which bosses hope will be done by British gymnastics star Beth Tweddle, follows the unveiling last week at the quarry of Zip World Titan – the largest zip line course in the world.

30th RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS –BAKU, AZERBAIJAN

33 countries have submitted their definitive entries for participation in the Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships to be organized in Baku on June 13-15 2014.. Countries are> Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and, of course, Azerbaijan. The press service of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation was provided with this information by the secretariat of the European Union of Gymnastics (UEG) in Lausanne. 

32 countries will perform in the individual tournament among the juniors and 21 teams of the Old World will compete in the events of senior group teams, i.e. each country can be represented with 4 individual junior athletes (with one reserve) and with one senior team in group exercises. 

And, finally, according to the results of the European Championships in Vienna-2013, the 20 best gymnasts will define the continent's champion in the Olympic discipline - all around.
258 gymnasts in total will compete for 9 sets of medals in Baku.

Gymnastics at the FIFA World Cup 2014

Brazilian Gymnasts from the Acrobatic gymnastics and trampoline gymnastics will participates in the  opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2014. About 60 Brazilian gymnasts will be on initial ceremony of the competition, on 12 June, in the Arena of São Paulo the world is counting down to the biggest football event on the planet: the FIFA World Cup.

The opening ceremony is on  June 12 in the Arena of Sao Paulo at  3:15 pm, before the match between Brazil and Croatia. 

The goal of the organizers is to show the diversity of Brazil. For this, the gymnasts have trained hard  to charm the world, in addition to disseminate the Brazilian beauties, in the case of gymnastics, athletes also want that everybody discovers more  of the diversity of this wonderful sport that combines strength, technique and grace.

Aerobic gymnasts get set for Cancun, Mexico.

42 Countries with nearly 600 gymnasts from 42 countries on six continents are set to participate at the 13th World Aerobic Gymnastics Championships and  6th World Age Group competitions, set for June 23-29, 2014 in Cancun (MEXICO).

The breathtaking Moon Palace Resort on the Riviera Maya will welcome a grand total of 575 gymnasts as it hosts the first-ever edition of the World Aerobic Championships off the European continent. Inaugurated in 1995 and held every two years since 2000, the World Championships and 6th  World Age Group competitions are the biggest event in Aerobic gymnastics outside the quadrennial World

Games.
