Malaysian Gymnastics Federation Level I - Coaching Course

The teachers training Institute of Malaysia with the co-operation of the Malaysian Gymnastics Federation conducted the above course at the, National Sports Council Gymnasium III, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,  from 23rd - 28th September 2012.
 A total of 18 instructors  from the states in Malaysia went through  the FIG Age Group program includes a testing and monitoring program for MAG and WAG physical abilities and technical skills as well as a complete multi-level competition program with modified rules for age-group gymnasts and compulsory exercises for all ages.
 It also includes a variety of additional information related to developing a systematic gymnastics program that can lead to high performance.
