Portugal Cup 2014

The Portugal Cup - Artistic Gymnastics  Competition held at the Center for High Performance Anadia , Sangalhos , the Cup of Portugal Artistic Gymnastics for Men and Women .

The Sport Club do Porto won the Cup of Portugal Absolute Artistic Gymnastics Women with 137.850 points .

In 2nd place with 135,400 points , was the Portuguese Club Gym and the 3rd place on the podium was occupied by the Mayan Gym Club , with 128,050 points .

A Cup of Portugal Absolute Artistic Gymnastics Men was for gymnasts Lisbon Gym Club with 237.00 points . The 2nd place was the Portuguese Club Gym with 229,100 points .

13th Junior RG Asian Championships 2014 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Congratulations to Olivia Tai ( Malaysia ) with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze quaified to the World Youth Olympics 2014 in Nanjing, China.

The Groups and Team Finals of the 13th Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics, Asian Championships held on February 22, 2014 in the Stadium Putra National Sports Complex with the domination of Uzbekistan with 2 Gold Medals in the Groups and the Individual Team Finals following by Kazakhstan with one Silver in the Team Individual and one Bronze in the Groups event which gave the following results:(Detailed Results in the Asian Gymnastics Union  Official Website )

Rhythmic Gymnastics Gala - Italy

Rhythmic Gymnastics of Italy : Arianna Malavasi, Geneva Pai ( juniors) and Veronica Bertolini will compete in Moscow on the 28 February 2014 for qualification to the youth Olympics in Nanjing (China).from 16 - 28 August 2014.

The three girls will be accompanied by trainer of individualistic Elena Aliprandi. Three more reasons to see these beautiful girls live in 4° of rhythmic gymnastics Gala, Wednesday evening at PalaMit 21 at 2B ( Palais des sports, Blue Square of Italy).

13th Asian Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship.

Malaysia will provide a platform for 104 gymnasts, between 13 and 15 years old, who compete in individual and team events. from the Asian region to vie for a place in the Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China later this year.

The Malaysian Gymnastics Federation (MGF) president A. Razak Mat Amin said the 104 gymnasts will represent 17 countries that have already confirmed their participation in the championship.

Apart from Malaysia as the host, Japan, South Korea, China, Syria, Qatar, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore are among countries that have confirmed their participation, he said.

"Malaysia will field 10 gymnasts in this championship.

24th European C'ships in Trampoline, Double Mini-Tramp and Tumbling 2014

The Gymnastics Federation of Portugal is more than pleased to welcome all the gymnasts that want to make history in their historical city.

Around 1934, George Nissen developed the first modern trampoline to use it in his diving and tumbling activities. It had such a success that it became a sport!

Now, in 2014,  Guimarães, Portugal, where the 24th European Championships in Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline and Tumbling is going to take place.
Guimarães is one of the most important historical cities in Portugal! The first king, D.Afonso Henriques was born in this city and it is considered the cradle of their country.

Who is going to win the crown and become the king of Europe?

Federation supports - the return of Marian Drăgulescu training in moderation. Singapore Gymnastics National Championships 2014

The 6th Singapore Gymnastics National Championships will take place this weekend, February 22nd and 23rd. Both Men’s and Women’s Artistic will be represented. The event will be held in the Bishan Sports Hall, the gymnastics venue used for the 2010 Youth Olympic Games.

 The FIG Senior and Junior MAG and WAG will compete on Saturday 22nd. Gymnasts competing at this level include International WAG Seniors Lim Heem Wei. Joey Tam and Zeng Qiyan.

L'International Gymnix 2014

The L'International Gymnix 2014 Competitions  will be held 

 at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex,Omnisports room & Double Gymnasium, Montreal, Canada.
all the apparatus are raised on podium, making this competition floor one of the nicest in the world. Here is a glimpse of the  gymnasium.

2014 AT&T American Cup

USA Gymnastics announced the roster for the 2014 American Cup today, and Victoria Moors is among the 8 women competing. This will be the third appearance at an American Cup for Moors, who placed third all-around at last year's event.
